Refund policy

If MedRise is not right for you, email medrise.com.au@gmail.com within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full.

The 7 days run from the date of your first successful payment on a plan, whether that is a monthly subscription or a one-time bundle.

Your first payment on a plan is refunded in full, including any launch discount that applied.

If you are on a monthly subscription, a refund also cancels the subscription, so you will not be charged again.

If you bought a bundle, a refund removes access to the bundle at the end of the refund.

After the 7-day window we do not refund past payments. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from Settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Bundles are one-time purchases covering a fixed period and are not refundable after the 7-day window.

If a paid feature does not work, contact us before requesting a refund. We will either fix it or refund the affected period, whichever you prefer. Report a problem through the error reporting tool inside the app or by email.

If you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling, email us with the payment date and we will refund the duplicate in full regardless of how long ago it occurred.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. We process refunds within 5 business days of approving your request. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the funds.

Email medrise.com.au@gmail.com with the email address on your MedRise account and the date of the payment. You do not need to give a reason, though it helps us improve.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not delivered with due care and skill, or is not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the time limits above.
